• Make sure customers only receive genuine Memora products with the right quality and safety

• Continue improving our products and creating better ways to preserve meaningful memories

What to include in your report

If possible, please include:

• Link to the website or ad

• Where you found it (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google, or another website)

• Screenshot, if possible

• Short description of why you believe it is fake or a scam
